This Is Me: A Mom, an Engineer & a Wellness Explorer

 Hi there! 👋

I’m Maria — a mom of a very energetic two-year-old and an automotive engineer with over 13 years of experience in the fast-paced world of cars, cables, and coffee ☕. While I genuinely love my job (and the smell of a freshly debugged production line 😅), my real passion lies elsewhere — in the art of building a balanced, healthy, and joyful life.

Over the years, I’ve realized something:
🌿 Health is the most important thing we have — but let’s be honest — the world we live in isn’t exactly making it easy.

We’re all trying to find the healthiest tomato, reading labels like detectives 🔍, and wondering if the “organic apple” really had a stress-free childhood on a sunny farm. Unless you grow everything yourself (and if you do — please adopt me), there’s no 100% certainty anymore. And honestly? That’s okay.

Yes, I’m focused on bio and clean products — guilty! But I’ve also learned to make peace with the fact that perfection doesn't exist.
Balance does.

🥑 So here’s what this blog is about:

Through Balanced Life Hub, I want to share the little things I’ve discovered —

  • The food combos that keep me energized

  • The shortcuts to healthier habits

  • Simple recipes, honest product reviews

  • My real-life hacks for staying sane while juggling work, motherhood, and the occasional (okay, frequent) glass of wine 🍷

Oh, and let’s not forget the ice cream. Because life without it? Nope. Not doing that.

I’m not a doctor, a life coach, or a “green juice-only” guru. I’m just a curious mom trying to find ways to keep her family healthy, her fridge stocked, and her toddler happy.

So grab your coffee or smoothie (or wine – no judgment here) and join me on this journey. Let’s learn, share, and figure it out together — one post at a time.

Welcome to the Balanced Life Hub 💛
Maria
